We have been raising and training golden retrievers at our home in Louisville, Colorado for nearly 20 years. Our dogs are AKC-registered golden retrievers bred from field lines. They tend to be smaller than show goldens and have shorter, darker coats. Field-bred goldens have high energy and require regular physical and mental exercise. They love to play games and play hard!
